From an east-exposed parcel not far from the Clos des Goisses, the NV Extra-Brut Grand Cru Sous le Mont is one of the more charming, elegant wines in the range. Wafting from the glass with scents of stone fruits, clear honey, candied peel, toasted nuts and iodine, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and refined, with racy acids and a long, saline finish.
